Frog and Toad!
Izzy had her very first school recital on Tuesday this last week and it was just to cute! She was the Ladybug! It was only 30 minutes long but the 4 kindergarten classes did very well. She is just too cute. She is in the center of the screen in the middle row. One of her best friends Tammy played Frog who is in the front on the left, and another one of her friends played Toad and he is Michael S. It apparently is based on the book that is pictured to the left here and there is also a Broadway Musical called A Year With Frog and Toad. News to me as I was trying to find a picture of the book. It was really cute and we couldn't be more proud of our little actress. She did great!!!
She loves being on stage and knew all the words and movements, no problem. It was so great! There was a morning performance at 9:30 for the school and then again at 630 pm that night. Andy and my parents and Uncle Ryan got to go to both performances, and I got to go to the evening performance as did Dave and Lil (Andy's parents), otherwise known as Ti-Chi and Chi-che. (No we have no idea where these names came from they just appeared in Izzy's vocab and they stuck.)
Izzy playing the Xylophone!
And as the band played on the crowd went wild!

This is how Andy feels today
This is how Andy feels today. (And me)We spent all morning and the first half of the afternoon at the Ermegency room. He is ok, however he can not put any weight on his right foot! We have no idea what he did, he just woke up and couldn't walk. This is after my alarm clock didn't go off and I woke up at 900 instead of 800 so Izzy was an hour late for school! Then Xander missed his thearpy appointment, and I missed spanish and spent all day at the ER!
One good thing did come of it, we were there for The West's (David and Debbie) from church and Mickey Rogers (thier daughter) all came in as we were being taken back to a room. Dave had a heart attack and so we were able to call everyone and help make sure they had what they needed. We love you guys and hope everything is getting better. Dave was being transported to the VA when we left the Er at 230.
But on a happier note after leaving the hospital, we got Andy some crutches and pain medicine. Apperently he has a small sprain in the foot and so can not put any weight on it for at least 2 days and then only light duty. So work is out for now. Hopefully this will be better soon. However we are going to call a specialist and go see him asap! AHHHHHH! So I made it to my personal fitness class, yes you can all laugh. I figured the only way I was ever going to lose this baby fat was to take a class where I had a grade riding on the fact that I have to workout. Sad sad sad! Oh well its a start. Love you all! Hope your day went better than ours and keep the West's in your prayers!
